These Terms & Conditions govern the use of TM Task Management’s website and services.
1. Services
By hiring TM Task Management, you agree to the scope of services, payment terms, and deadlines discussed during your discovery call and outlined in your contract.
2. Payments
All invoices must be paid in full as per the terms in the proposal or contract. Late payments may result in project delays or paused services.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel services anytime with written notice. No refunds are issued for completed work. Retainer clients must give 7 days' notice for cancellation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and designs created by TM Task Management remain the property of TM Task Management until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials necessary for project completion.
6. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for business losses or outcomes resulting from advice or services offered. Our services do not include legal, financial, or tax advice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
