Hi! I’m Tanya, the CEO + Founder of TM Task Management Services LLC. I am so happy you are here!!
I spent over 8 years in the customer service industry before taking time off to start a family. A year later, I launched my own jewelry business with just $2k in the first year. By its third year, the business hit six figures! However, I soon found myself drawn back into client support and virtual assistant work. While juggling my business, being a mom, a wife, and managing clients, I realized my true passion was shifting from jewelry to helping entrepreneurs and businesses grow.
So, I sold my jewelry business, left the company I had worked for (I was burnt out), and made the decision to start again, this time on my terms. I’m a true entrepreneur at heart!
After over a year of brainstorming, TM Task Management was born! I absolutely love what I do, offering a wide range of services—from admin support, launch assistance, email campaigns & marketing, website management, content creation, social media management, and so much more.
Watching my clients scale and find freedom in their time while rediscovering joy in their work is what truly drives me. I’ve realized that helping businesses grow is not just a job; it’s my passion. Everything I’ve done in life has brought me here—to this point, doing what I was meant to do. This is my strength.
As a VA and agency owner, my goal is to provide high-level services that allow my clients to focus on what they truly love. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the businesses I work with not only find relief from outsourcing tasks, but also experience real growth because they can focus on the passions that led them to start their business in the first place.

If you're curious about me beyond the business side, here's a little about my personal life:
I’m a proud wife, a mom to two amazing girls and a fur mama to two cats and a dog. I migrated from Russia at the age of five and am one of nine kids. From a young age, I’ve had a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, which has been a driving force throughout my life. I’ve learned that nothing comes easy, but hard work always pays off in the end.
I moved from California to Arizona, and I absolutely love it here! My favorite places to be are anywhere near water, and being around family and friends always fills my cup. I’m an extrovert at heart and always stay happy, two steps ahead, and occasionally talk too fast-so remind me to slow down! I’m always thinking big picture, and when you meet me, I’ll encourage you to think bigger and dream bigger. You’ll never see me thinking small!
